Luka played his last match for the Croatian national handball team on January 26 2020, in the final of the European Championship in which Spain was celebrating. Unfortunately, he was injured and was not present at the World Championship in Egypt, where Croatia took 15th place; he was also not present at the Olympic qualifiers in Montpellier. Likewise, he will not be present at the upcoming European Championship, which will be held from 13 to 30 January in Hungary and Slovakia.
“Handball is my life and my job, my family and I have subordinated everything to it, and of course it is not easy for me, but I have no intention of giving up. At the moment, I am focused on my health and the only thing I want is to solve all these problems once and for all and finally return to handball. I believe that I still have a lot to give”, said Luka in one interview.
Luka Stepančić is a proud member of the DrLuigi family and, like many other athletes, enjoys DrLuigi medical footwear. DrLuigi medical footwear is ideal for athletes, precisely because of the pressure that is created on the feet during matches and training. DrLuigi medical footwear is an ideal preventive tool for people who have the potential to develop various diseases of the feet and the lower part of the legs.
DrLuigi team wishes him quick and successful recovery and many more years on the court.
