Croatia's best goalkeeper Danijel Subašić wears DrLuigi

Danijel Subašić is a Croatian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Hajduk Split.

The talented athlete started his career in Croatia with Zadar and Hajduk. In January 2012 he moved to Monaco, for whom he played 292 competitive matches in eight and a half years. He won Ligue 2 in the 2012/13 season and Ligue 1 in the 2016/17 season, also being named Goalkeeper of the Year last season.

Subašić made his senior national team debut for Croatia in 2009. He was part of the country's squad at two FIFA World Cups and as many UEFA European Championships. He was a member of the Croatia team that finished second to France at the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

However, Danijel is not only one of our favourite goalkeepers of all time, but also one of our favourite DrLuigi family members! Danijel knows that our medical footwear is made from natural materials that, combined with our special design technique, are responsible for creating incredibly lightweight, soft, and anatomically adjustable footwear that provide the user with an immense sense of comfort, relieve pressure on the ankles and spine, and improve peripheral circulation.

Athletes, especially footballers, benefit from this, so it's no wonder Danijel is our loyal fan. His DrLuigi team, on the other hand, follows all his games and always cheers him on.

Danijel's club Hajduk Split recently played football against Dinamo and the match ended in a 1-1 draw. Hajduk's next opponent in the first Croatian football league is Gorica football club. We wish Danijel and his team all the best!
