European champion celebrated with the Croatian flag!

Barcelona handball players won the Champions League final competition in Cologne, defeating Vive Kielce 37:35 in the final match following a seven-meter throw. Barcelona thus successfully defended its title as European champion, having won a total of 11 European titles.

Luka Cindrić, a member of the Croatian national handball team and a Barcelona player, celebrated wrapped in the Croatian flag. “I’m speechless; I’m thrilled and proud of the squad. I’m at a loss for words; this is something I’ll remember for the rest of my life ” Cindrić stated.

‘Kielce is a fantastic team, and we fought to the very end. We had faith in ourselves. Everything continues to impress me. This is fantastic news for the club and those of us who have been involved. This was not done before. We are the first team to win the title “back to back.” And we should celebrate properly here.’ Cindrić added: ‘Thank you to everyone who came out to support us; there were a lot of fans from all clubs and all nations, and it was fantastic.’

The DrLuigi family wishes to congratulate the entire team and our dear Luka on their tremendous success! Congratulations, Luka!
