Josip Čondrić is a Croatian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Bosnia and Herzegovina club Zrinjski Mostar.
The talented player started playing football at local club Rudeš, but switched between several other clubs in the Zagreb region during his youth years.
He started his career on the sidelines, as a third choice at HAŠK Zagreb and since 2013 at Zagreb Football Club, along with Dominik Livaković and Jakša Herceg. In 2014, he was released to fourth-division club Trešnjevka, but returned to Zagreb in the summer, only to be loaned to second-division club Bistra. In 2015, Čondrić returned to Zagreb once again, making his debut in the Croatian First Football League in a 3- 2 home loss to Hajduk Split in the final game of the season.
After Zagreb's relegation, Čondrić became a regular goalkeeper in the second Croatian football league, but due to the club's problems, he moved to his old club Rudeš in the same league as a replacement for Krunoslav Hendija. Rudeš managed to get promoted, and after Hendija left for Lokomotiva, Čondrić took over the first-team spot, which he kept until the end of the season. In May 2018, he was hailed as a hero in the 1-0 home win against eventual champions Dinamo Zagreb.
In the summer of 2018, Čondrić moved to Istra 1961 Football Club and shared time in the first eleven with Ioritz Landeta. After 58 league appearances for Istra 1961, Čondrić left the club in August 2020 and is currently a goalkeeper for Bosnia and Herzegovina club Zrinjski Mostar.
